At Houlihan Lokey, I advised on over 20 successful sell-side transactions, helping business owners navigate the complexities of M&A with clarity and confidence. Prior to that, I worked on private equity value creation at Goldman Sachs, and led strategic transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients during my time at Accenture Strategy and EXL.
Across these roles, one thing became clear: large institutions prioritize large clients—where cross-selling is easier and incentives are greater. Mid-sized firms often get overlooked.
